Holiday Schedule Update: Christmas & New Year 2025

Dear Clients,

We would like to notify you of changes to the operating schedule for instruments and departments during the Christmas and New Year holidays.

Holiday Schedule:

  • Christmas Period: December 23–26.
    Detailed schedule for instrument availability is available here.
  • New Year Period: December 30–31 and January 1.
    You can view the schedule here.

Working Hours:

  • Customer Support:
    Closed on January 1. Available on all other days as per the standard schedule.
  • Finance Department:
    Closed on December 25, 26, and January 1.

Deposits and Withdrawals:

  • Deposits: Processed as usual.
  • Withdrawals: Requests made on non-working days will be processed on the next available business day.

Dear Investor
