The document must be issued no more than 3-6 months ago.

You will receive a notification about the verification status in your personal account or via email.
To ensure a successful verification process, documents must meet the following requirements:

🔹 The document must not be cropped or partially hidden
🔹 The image must be clear, without glare or blurriness
🔹 The document must be fully readable
🔹 When taking a photo, keep the document close to the camera
🔹 The document must be in your name
🔹 Screenshots of documents are not accepted
If your documents do not meet these requirements, verification may be rejected, and you will need to upload new files.
Why was my document rejected?
Common reasons for rejection:

❌ The document is outdated (issued more than 6 months ago)
❌ The document does not belong to the account holder
❌ Screenshots were uploaded instead of original files
If your document was rejected, check the notification in your personal account for the reason and upload the correct files.
Can I re-upload documents?
Yes, if your previous documents were rejected, you can upload the correct files again in the “Verification” section.
What should I do if verification takes too long?
If the verification process takes more than 24 hours, it is recommended to contact Customer Support.
